Description of restaurant:

Fine dining ... dinner is all you can eat Brazilian meat with ... I don't know ... stuff?  I went there for lunch so it's hard for me to comment on dinner.  Lunch is a selection of sandwiches and all you can eat "gourmet" salad bar.

What I ordered:

I ordered the salad bar and a cuban sandwich.  The sandwich was average ... but, hey, it's a Brazilian restaurant, not a Cuban restaurant so I'm willing to cut them some slack.  Some of the other sandwiches might've been better and I'd order a different one if I go back.  The salad bar was good, but not that fabulously gourmet.

Environment/Staff:

Waiter was very nice and extremely peppy.  I have to grade him down, though, because the meal I ordered came with a milkshake and he didn't offer the milkshake with the meal (even though I would've refused it because I didn't want it ... I still think he should've asked).

Price:

The salad bar is a little overpriced for the selection.  It could've been better by having more common vegetables on it so that you could build a nice salad rather than focusing primarily on specialty items, such as tomatoes with mozzarella (which, frankly, is a little bland tasting).  They want $13 for the salad bar alone and $10 for the sandwich alone (with fries).  Buy them together for $22 and you get a milkshake for free.
