Description of room:
A fairly good sized room, but expect a wait when it gets busy. It's nestled in the back corner of the casino, which is nice and cozy (but, unfortunately, not extremely close to the restrooms). The staff is incredibly nice and it's very easy to start to feel at home in this room. They also have tableside food service--I've never tried it, but I believe the food is complimentary.
Description of comps:
Play for a few hours and ask for a comp--it's never a problem. You have to have a player's card, but you don't swipe in & out. I've always gotten a full comp to the buffet for one or two people whenever I've asked. I've never asked for a comp to anything else so I don't know what the policy is about that.
Games offered:
Hold'em and stud are always run. The stud is a 1-5 spread game and limit hold'em starts at 4-8 and goes up (I believe there is usually a 10-20 or 20-40 game running). No limit hold'em starts at 1-2 and there is always a 2-5 game running (they keep one going as a must move). I've seen Omaha offered often, but I'm not sure if it's a regular game.
Poker Room Rate:
$25 weeknights and $35 weekends with about 4 hours of play (swipe in your card). Call way in advance if you want this rate ... it's never been available when I've asked.
Safety:
Highly safe environment, though I've never checked out the garage.
