Description of room:
Very nice. Bathroom is not huge, but it's definitely sufficient. Coffee maker is present. Bed is comfortable. Definitely nicer than the Orleans. Is it as nice as the Bellagio? How the hell should I know ... I can't afford to stay at the Bellagio.
Sleep Conditions:
Excellent. Didn't need any help here. Bed is comfortable. Of course, I didn't try to sleep in because I had to wake up for a tournament one day and in time to check out the next day, but nothing disturbed me during the time that I was alseep.
Description of wi-fi:
Rock on with your bad self! Connection is excellent in the hotel room and there's no additional charge ... woohoo!
Description of fitness room:
Again, no extra charge ... yay! Of course, some kids came in & played on the equipment while I was working out and it took the hotel staff a little over an hour to come remove them. But the facilities are very nice. Good job!
Description of pool:
Pretty cool design, actually. Part of it is inside the building and part of it is outside the building--just swim under the wall. I didn't try it out for lack of time, so I can't give it an excellent rating. But it looks like it's probably good & seemed mostly clean (without close up inspection).
Safety:
Um ... I didn't feel comfortable walking around outside by myself at night--so I didn't do it. I wouldn't say it's an unsafe area, but I would say you need to keep your eyes open as you are prowling around. It totally wouldn't surprise me to hear of someone getting jumped there.
Price:
Wowser. Mildly expensive. I paid about $119 for a Saturday night & $99 for a Sunday night. No discounted rooms for poker players ... I'm not sure if that is still the case when the Scotty Nguyen tournament is held there. I'll have to get back to you on that one. But they didn't discount us for the Ladies' Professional whatever-the-heck our one-day tournament was. Boo!
Additional Information and Links:
I have not stayed at the Inn, but it looks comparable to a Best Value Inn (hotel room doors open to the outside).
